Really enjoyed the curry at the Taj Mahal - we had a few as a group, meat and veggie curries, all incredibly tasty and the meat was properly cooked. Really lovely evening and the team working there were really friendly. The next time I'm remotely near Buxton I will be returning to the Taj Mahal!!
The curry I had was great, and the staff were very quick and efficient. I did think the portion size of the rice was a bit small, but I was hungry, and the food was very good
Friendly efficient staff really good quality food in a nice bright modern setting. You need a big appetite for the size of the individual portions. Thoroughly excellent meal.
The balti curry tasted so good that we came back again the following day! Excellent services too. There’s no better comfort food after hiking during the day.

Food was excellent, price was ok although drinks were pricey, service politeness could be improved but seems the norm in Indian restaurants.
