Never will I order from here again after receiving the wrong order the abuse me and my mum had for ringing up and asking them to change it. He then for got to put me on hold and continued to slate me and my mother for 5 minutes before coming back having a rant saying it was it was our fault and put the phone down I've never been so angry over a tikka masala in my life

First time order yesterday. chicken korma was spot on in terms of taste. delivery driver was friendly. defo order again

Ordered at 8.15 and advised would be an hour. Called again at 9.45 to be told it would be a few minutes. Food eventually arrived at 10.15. The naan bread was cold, poppadoms were soggy and a rice was missing. Driver advised he would return but this never happened. Used to be regular customers but similar problems last three orders so wont use them again.

Foods lovely but customer service needs working on. Not only did they forget half of our order (which they've done a on a few occasions) the woman who I spoke to on the phone said she'd get the order missing delivered as soon as possible but 2 hours down the line it still never arrived! I called to find out where the delivery driver was with the rest of my food and asked for a refund as the food they delivered in the first place was cold..and the guy who I spoke to on the phone was very polite however when put on hold ( which they forgot to press the button sp I could over hear on the pbone) the blonde woman in the background was lying through her teeth about our order and the delivery..anyway only way they would give us a refund is if we drove up to the takeaway to receive it and if we gave them back the cold food..we did that without an apology..would never order here again..go to spice island just around the corner not only is the food there better..they have MANNERS!!

Outstanding food. I have always had perfectly tasty curries, you can taste the lovely spices. In my opinion this is Cardiff's best Curry House. Literally everything I've ever ordered from here has been mouthwateringly divine. 💖 I'm so happy that I found this Curry House as I will always order from here. I usually place quite large order's (up to 6 people ) and they're always reasonable and great at timekeeping. My number 1 Curry house and that's why I rate 5 *.
