The best Sushi restaurant I had ever been to. Good variety of dishes to choose from, the food is absolutely delicious and the prices are pretty low. The staff are very friendly and helpful when asked to help to choose from the menu. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated. Some evenings the place gets packed so call to reserve yourself a table. The only minus is the tables that are a little too close to each other and there's 0 privacy when dining. Also, the tables are very wiggly. Would definitely come back over and over again! :)

Wonderful Japanese restaurant in the heart of Limerick. Excellent food service and value. The Bento boxes are such a great way to try out Japanese food. I bring everyone here and no one is ever disappointed. Well worth a visit.

Taikichi is my most favorite place for sushi in Limerick. They propose good choice of rolls and sushi, and also bento 🍱 boxes which deserve my special appreciation! Everything is tasty, looks delicious and food melts in your mouth. The service is great and quite quick, the waiters are very helpful if you have hesitations regarding dishes, can explain and describe for your better choice. During my month and a half stay in Limerick, I’ve visited this place around ten times, which allowed me to try almost everything on the menu. I highly recommend this place!

Food is nice but service is very slow. Ordered my take away at 12.15 over the phone arrived at 12.30. They kept me waiting until 1pm with no apologies. Unacceptable. The staff walked past me 4/5 time and ignored me each time as I asked how long more. Coustomer service not good.

I live eating here. Service is good. The food is fantastic. My only complaint is that often you find yourself elbow to elbow with the next table. Does this stop me going. Not a hope. I love the place.
