Fast and efficient, decently priced! The man who came in and installed a water heater for me was quick, friendly, and super polite/respectful. The office took care of everything as far as filing the permit, and was just super helpful all around!
Great integrity and customer service! We assumed our hot water heater needed to be replaced, but Cliff suggested that he test the elements first. He ended up saving us hundreds of dollars by replacing parts instead of the whole thing! Cliff was super professional and easy to work with, and we had a great experience with the folks in the office via phone as well. We are impressed and certainly recommend.
We woke to snow on the ground and so of course no heat. A friend recommended Taft and with one call, they were at my door in 20 minutes. Less then an hour I have a warm and toasty home. Could not be happier with Mike. The prices were perfect. A good price for fantastic work.
Not Impressed! They incorrectly measured the distance between my well & septic leach lines causing me to have to get county inspections done. I paid them a great deal of money & as far as I know all they did was measure & bill me. They came out twice to do so. They did no actual plumbing or well work.
I had major repairs that had to be addressed, figured out and fixed. They called to let me know someone would be out. After the first visit which was to evaluate the situation, everything was fast, efficient, unbelievably clean and tidy. Two different groups. One for the outside pipes and yard work, one for the inside pipes, hot water tank etc. Extremely polite and very informative. I would personally highly recommend them for any job large or small. It was my first encounter with this business but I will always call them first for any future needs. My deepest thanks to the crew and business.
These guys have helped me get out of my personal plumbing binds many times at my nearby beach house. They are honest, helpful and not always cheap but I have zero issue paying a little more for quality service and solid outcomes. They warranty their work as well, although I've yet to have any issues with the work they've done for me.
The plumber was friendly and in addition to the 2 new toilets he installed, he also installed a new kitchen faucet which was not on the work order. It helped that we were both Seahawks fans.Service: Toilet installation
