First visit and we wouldn't go back. Staff chatting amongst themselves whilst we stood waiting. Food on floor and tables had not been cleaned yet no one else was in when we arrived. I did not enjoy the food had a funny after taste and the drink machine had no ice and water was spurting out of the description logo when I pressed the tap and went all over my shoe. Not a nice experience for us.
I visited Taco Bell Wigan recently and was really impressed. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and patient while we decided what to order. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we wanted it — the tacos were crunchy, the burritos were packed full, and everything tasted great. The restaurant was clean and had a nice relaxed vibe, perfect for a quick meal or a late-night bite. Definitely one of the best fast-food spots in Wigan — I’ll 100% be coming back soon!
I recently visited the Taco Bell at Robin Leisure Park in Wigan and was extremely impressed with the service led by Aman. He greeted every customer with a warm smile, handled our large order efficiently, and even took the time to check in that everything was correct and satisfactory. Thanks to Aman’s professionalism, our experience was smooth and enjoyable. Will definitely be back!
Visited along with a friend, based on the 4-star rating, but the experience was alarming.nnA middle-aged gentleman, was constantly coughing yet actively handled food without wearing a mask. This represents a serious lapse in hygiene and food safety standards.nnWe felt we had to leave immediately without ordering. We believe the restaurant's high rating is completely misleading given this unacceptable commitment to public health, especially in the current weather.
