I think they have now denied my collect parcel 3 times with no additional info, I was thinking parcel damaged during shipping and that's why it was canceled and just kept reordering. on the shipping page there is no info about collect point denying the parcel, how am supposed to know that a collect point can even JUST DENY parcels? I will be forwarding this to the shop I buy stuff from as well so maybe they will remove you as collect point? utter disgrace. if you are just gonna deny parcels without giving any info to the customer, maybe you should not be a parcel collect point? its not even a big box, If I can carry it back home only by myself, it means its small also I think they are rude too but that's just my opinion I guess
Feeling a bit sad today, this is the third time staff have scanned one or more of my items twice, in order to make me pay more. And yes, it feels purposeful. I talked to the manager about this a couple months ago after a specifically bad one where multiple items in a large shop were scanned multiple times and he said it must not have been purposeful. By the way, each time I notice this happen, I let staff know - they then rescan and the price drops, so at least they don’t argue with me and rescan when they realise I have noticed. It’s sad, I like this shop so it’s upsetting this behaviour is going on.
How rude the member of staff was. I had a heavy parcel to send back with elvi and was told they do not take parcels on a Saturday or Sunday when they had a sign on the pavement advertising the parcel service. When I said the parcel was heavy I was told not my problem. Will not be going there again.
I always use this place to take my EVRI parcels for business and always helpful and fast. A wide selection of vapes for anyone that enjoys it. Love all the American drinks too :
Be careful with items with no prices. I got ripped off few times and stopped visiting. They will charge whatever they want and try to get away with it
Have used this place to send parcels with no issues. But, Avoid using this place for click and collect of your hermes parcels. Despite hermes saying you have 10 days to collect, this place apparently sent mine back after 3 days and were quite rude about it. I turned up the day after they apparently sent it back. I Contacted hermes and they said they hadn't collected it yet and it is still at the store. I don't know if they just couldn't be bothered to search for it.
Worst experience with parcel drop off. I have visited on Saturday to drop my parcel and the lady refused take my parcel as my parcel too big which is 60cmx60cmx10cm box and requested to come back on Monday. I called them on Monday before I visited to drop my parcelmentioned the box size over the phone again they refused take my parcel and asked to wait 30min drop the parcel directly the driver. Avoid this shop
Went in the morning to do an Amazon return. The employee was talking on the phone and pointed me to the machine. It didn't work and she ignored me while I was asking for help to, after 20 minutes, tell me she couldn't do anything. After checking with Amazon I came back and she insisted that she wouldn't read any of the instructions I showed her that were on my email, she wouldn't help me on the machine and that if it didn't work she couldn't do anything, and finally that she wouldn't take my parcel. Then I went into the afternoon and there was a different employee who quickly pointed me to what the issue with the QR code was, it was fixed fast and I could do the return. What an enormous difference from one to another. Please train the morning person in some basic manners, because the exchange was beyond rude and I'm still very surprised someone is able to work a public front counter while treating customers like that. Thank you to the afternoon employee, he was very nice.
Your local bossman. Could not hope for any more, but somehow they still exceed every expectation. My housemates and I have frequented this store for the better part of two years, the kind employees are so friendly and prompt to ask about our days. This store is placed in a bustling part of South Leamington and stocks anything you will be needing, a truly convenient convenience store. Please take your business here and support this warm-hearted family.
Very rude man on the till no respect for ladies. I wouldn’t go again this rude customer service store.
