Seems a nice shop but they lock their door on a Saturday despite being listed as open and don't respond to door knocks or phone calls. Don't bother and order online elsewhere, if a shop can't be bothered to pick the phone up or respond to a door knock then spend elsewhere
Great service. Came in with a few models to get an appropriate sized case for my army, and staff were very helpful getting me diffrent sized foam trays to test. Would recommend
I contacted TT to book a table to play with a friend of mine on 24/2/24 and was advised to contact them the day before to reserve a table. This rang alarm bells immedately. I contacted them on 5/3/24 to book and they told me several hours later that they were fully booked and I couldn’t play. What? Extremely disappointed. I was a new customer to the venue and play 40K weekly and found the service to be really poor. What poor organisation. Just get a booking system like a diary, it’s easy enough. I won’t be bothering to make the effort to go there when there are three or four other venues to choose from locally which I can actually book a table at.
Literally just left the store and felt compelled to leave a review. Amazing customer service, great pricing and their own brand of carry cases were exactly what I was looking for. Dustin was fantastic, took the time to look at my army list and chose a set of trays for my new carry case based on that, but at no point made me feel compelled to buy anything I didn't actually want. Even worked hard to get me the best deal! Will definitely be coming back in the future for everything I need!
Just great. It's a bit messy guys, but service is great and lots of interesting stock. One of my favourite nerd shops for sure
Place has a lot of tables. They have some older decks which is great. They also had older sleeves and mats which I purchased. I recommend checking out their website gifts for geeks because that's where all the card stuff is. Bit confusing but you can see what they have
Second time going in, could not have had a better experience. Went in quite late but the gent in store was super helpful and even offered alternatives when items were out and being newish to Warhammer, it was massively appreciated. First experience wasn't great but second was perfect.
Great little store with very helpful and friendly staff member. Good amount of products to buy and I was surprised at how good the prices were too! I buy 40k and paints mainly I'm glad I found this store and will definitely be buying from these guys from now on as I think its important to support local stores in this hobby! I did see some tables made up too, so I think this store may also have game nights of some sort for people to play, but I'm not sure yet.
The prices are good if and when its open. For not the first time, today I found the shop closed along with 10 other people who turned up when I was stood outside trying to ring the store. Literally as I checked on Facebook a message got put at that exact moment saying the store was closed, 4 hours after it should have been open. Must've heard us all waiting outside.
Decent stock levels, and I can forgive the place looking like it needs a clean. I’ve been three times. None of the visits were good, the last time the staff member I spoke with wasn’t helpful or interested and to be honest a little rude. I’ve never been back, I now go to the main hobby shop for the brand I buy, I’m getting awesome service there, the store is clean and the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and engaging. Price is important to all of us, but service for me is more important
