The worst car wash I've been to. Pre charged so people can't ask for money back. Rushed through every step, was promised wheel polish but did not receive. When I told the man that the hoover had not been done properly they done oneside at the back and told me I had to leave as I was 'losing them customers' when I finally parked up and had a look, was very disappointed at the service.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to this time because I feel like I was completely taken advantage of. This car wash was a complete waste of money. I spent extra on a full-service clean, including the Velour cleaning, but it was an utter disappointment. After they were "done," my car was still filthy—dirt and grime were clearly visible, and it looked like they barely made an effort.  To make matters worse, the employee who assisted me was extremely rude. When I pointed out the dirt, he just brushed me off and acted like I was the problem. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was astonishing. I’m genuinely shocked that this business is still running. How can they stay in operation when they clearly don’t care about their customers?  This isn’t just a one-time mistake; it feels like a pattern of poor service. Someone needs to step in and take action against them officially. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere, and I strongly recommend others do the same. Avoid this place at all costs if you care about your car and your sanity.

So when desperate time comes you turn to this car wash because they are open 24/7. The worst car wash ever. If I could give a negative I would. The staff was kissing her teeth at me and showing me attitude with her body language because my car was dirty, with NO DUE RESPECT why work in a cleaning service if you don't want to clean! It's already overpriced, but their attitude is ****ing s***.  The ones who have left more than a 2 star review are the ones who either work there, or are in partnership with them. One off the worst car washing place to use or go to been there few times and they never wash your car properly they don't wash the roof like the roof  doesn't exist or belong to the car they don't wash the wheels they leave it dirty never again I wil not l use them avoid and they want to charge you extra for tyre shine when you tell them they say or let us wash again do it right to begin with they are useless avoid avoid avoid

Last night, I went for a car wash, which I usually do during the day. However, this time I went around 1:30 am and had the worst experience. The staff were incredibly rude, and the service felt more like a machine-operated wash than a professional one. They were clearly not paying attention to their work, and when I asked them to touch up some spots they missed, they responded with angry glares. The sign advertised an exterior wash for £9.95, but they ended up charging me £10. If you value your hard-earned money, be cautious while paying .

I recently had my car washed here and was thoroughly disappointed. The receptionist was very rude, which made the experience unpleasant from the start. On top of that, the price I was charged was higher than what was displayed, which felt dishonest. To make matters worse, the cleaning itself was poor, leaving my car far from spotless. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a 24 hour car wash, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service and attention to detail provided by the staff.  Special prices for pco drivers.

Such a wasted opportunity to be a great business. I'd give 4 stars if they got the lady who dries the car at the end to take her rings off before touching my paintwork, why not get the staff to wear gloves? I'd give 5 stars if they used the two-bucket approach and grit guards to avoid paint swirls. This would be super easy given that they already have 4 or 5 buckets around the washing area - but instead I see all buckets filthy and I assume the cloths too. Nice well meaning manager but ineffective and low standards.

29.95 I’ll never see again. More than happy to pay that if the job was done well but wow I couldn’t be more disappointed. Everything was so rushed and not done well at all. I’m speechless to be honest, expected better from the rolls Royce or car washes. More like the fiat 500 of them

Read the reviews and don’t waste your money.  They didn’t even attempt to wash the wheels. The guy who was doing the right side didn’t even bend down and didn’t bother to rinse the car properly, it still had soap on it.  The dead flies are still on the front of the the car, the two guys who were washing it just rinsed the front.  The guys who hovered did a good job, but my car wasn’t that dirty to begin with.  £20.95 wasted, I could have gotten a same result with a self wash, very disappointed.
