We unfortunately used Tom for our Holiday let build in 2019. He initially came round on the Monday & said he would start on the Friday at the end of the week. Unfortunately he didn't say that would be at the end of the week in 3 weeks. When he did come round he laid 3 pipes about 1-2 feet in length. He also drunk a copious amount of coffee, He can talk for England, He can be found regularly at the builders merchants RGB with a cup of coffee (which seems to permanently stuck to his hand). A month later he turned up & finished the 'first fix' as he called it. Out builders could now get back to work. Eventually he got all the pipes down so we could get stud walls up etc. Floors went down. It got so bad my wife pleaded with him & asked him to actually turn when he said he was going to. In the end we had to say to him we'll get another Plumber in, His reply, 'They don't know where the pipes are', We were stuck. He put us 3-4 months behind & we had to open in late August instead of June. When he eventually did a pressure test unfortunately the floor was down, Luckily it was warm weather & everything dried out within the week. Do yourself a favour & save yourself a lot of grief, Go elsewhere. Don't as we were blinded by his Bulls**t.
