Nothing but praise for these guys. Very friendly and chatty guys even at 8am on a Monday morning. No different to my initial enquiry on Saturday at closing time . Really know their stuff . Sorted me out with a complete engine . Same day delivery at a very sensible price. Well impressed.
Looking for a lot of front body parts for a facelift model A4 which I found very difficult to find all around the country. I travelled from the republic as there prices were by far the best and had everything I needed. the guy I was dealing with Saturday I can’t remember his name was extremely helpful and the staff were super friendly. He even threw in an extra part we Needed as we were waiting A little while as they were extremely busy and we had ordered a fair bit for them to gather so it was completely understandable. we then ordered a bumper and they delivered down to Kildare within a day with free delivery. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
I was looking for a gearbox for a Hyundai Tucson and put it on a site that finds parts. I got a call from a guy here in the republic €300 + €50 delivery. As I was waiting to get the Eircode from the Mechanic a man from this company rang me and said he had one for €200 + free delivery. Obviously I went with that and it was delivered down the next day. However when the mechanic fitted it he realised it was slipping out of gear so he rang and told me it was no good. I immediately rang the company and it took from 10.30am till 12.20pm to get the guy to talk to me. He said he thought he had another one but that he wanted to make sure it was OK and he would ring me back. I left it till 4.40pm they close at 5pm to ring them only to be told that he wasn't there. The receptionist managed to get him on the phone and all he said was that the other gear box was no good. No apology, nothing, I had wasted a whole day. I rang the first company I was dealing with and they sent the gearbox they had. I cannot tell you what waste of time these people were, as well as the fact that he started to get annoyed with me on the phone like it was my fault. I lost a week and a half of work and am lucky that I have a very understanding boss. I honestly would never recommend them to anybody.
Very pleased with service I received, professional friendly member of staff who really checked part over before I bought to ensure it was correct, and, offered to carry out for me - manners and fantastic service! Had been to Traynors before and been sold wrong part. And Tmet was more affordable! I will definetly will be using them first in future for all car part needs.
Phoned yesterday regarding a door. Took 10 minutes for them to answer the phone. An arrogant prick answered. Kept using a very rude tone with me on the phone. They had the part I was after but after dealing with this prick I went elsewhere. What ever happened to customer service? Need to sort themselves out. Traynors is better
Top class service. Bought a part from these guys, unfortunately it was the wrong part on my side. Gave these guys a call and I don't even have to post it back they will organise collection. Will 100% be using them from now on.
What a great service at T-Met!! Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful; I got the part I was looking for and Paul Patterson deserves a mention for going above and beyond to get me sorted. I have no hesitation in recommending this business.
Travelled from bangor to pick up a black leather car seat. TRAYNORS didn't seem interested and would only sell complete sets. When asked about anywhere else they recommended armagh scrap. On driving away I realised that T-Met was right beside them! Shane was more than helpful in looking for the right donor car and letting me walk through the yard to check for myself. I found a great seat at a great price. He even threw in an old 13" spare wheel for free. Totally different experience from next door! 5/5.
Very prompt service delivered by a very courteous staff team including Shane, Conor and the didn't catch his name driver. Would recommend this service after being messed about by other such services. Thanks Hugh
