Tjays Fun 4 All helped make my boys 3rd birthday one to remember! I called well in advance and said we were planning a dinosaur themed party for our boy and like true pro's they said "you need the Amazonia, soft play, ball-ball pit and cars" I agreed as if I knew what I was talking about The team were absolutely polite and professional baring in mind the unbelievable heat they were working in and weight of the equipment. They had it up in no time working to our very tight time constraints. The party was awesome if I do say so myself. The team then came 15 minutes early and kindly waited until it was time to pack up. Totally worth the money! I've re-booked them for props for our Halloween party Highly recommended
They've been great from beginning to the end. Knew which bouncy castle fits into which hall, gave me plenty of options, very knowledgeable. During swt up they involved my little girl who was very excited. Clean and beautiful equipment. Would highly recommend
Hired bouncy castles on two separate occasions unicorn bounce and slide, Peppa pig bouncy castle. Really good value for money, and good customer service helping to decide on what bouncy castle would fit in our garden. Would recommend and use again.
After a quick Google to find a bouncy castle, Tjays were available at relatively short notice. Paige called me early on the day to confirm delivery. Tjays is a long running family business 20+years in the business Paige was very knowledgeable and set the pirate slide castle outside, and gave very good sound advice about placement. To any parents umming and erring about hiring a bouncy castle..... DO IT!! You will not regret in the slightest. Without a doubt a return customer in the making here.
People are amazing . We used them for my girls birthday and have since became good freinds. The bounce we rented was clean and in perfect condition and the people running it where kind polite and amazing with children couldn't have use a better company. honestly the best people
Women in charge incredibly rude from the start. That was blamed on the lady being busy. Had a bad feeling about it all as customer service was shocking but my husband has used for work so went on with it. Low and behold a couple of hours before our young children’s birthday party they refused to set up. Wouldn’t wish the experience on anyone.
The lady who appears to be in charge is incredibly rude. There are strict rules that are rudely enforced. You are not permitted to play with your children which makes it unsuitable for parents with very young children who have to go off on their own. Comments I received were "please go and sit down, you are in the way" : there was no-one else in the area at the time and I was standing near my young child. After 15 mins in there I was rudely called over to the desk and had my tickets checked again by this woman after being checked on the door by someone else.. she wanted to make absolutely sure I had paid for my youngest. And that was just some of the experience. Plus the numerous children that were told off for just playing. Not going back.
