Went in for a simple watch battery change. During the process of removing the back plate, the jeweller scratched and gouged the back plate of my brand new watch! When I picked the watch up there was no mention of the damage caused, a simple apology was all that was needed.  Not impressed.

Have used T J Davies for many years found them to be very helpful nothing to much trouble so sorry to hear of the sad loss condolences to family

Not only were they unable to open my Seiko watch to replace the battery, the back was scratched in the process of trying! No mention was made of this when I went to pick it up. Not pleased and will not be going near the place again.

Was quite impressed with how I was looked after got to the bottom of my problem and even had time for a joke off the boss
