After providing a competitive quote for the whole job he started to add in extras once he'd started and so we had to ask him to stop. We were then invoiced wrongly and had a bizarre demand to pay 'pay your debts' well inside his 7 day terms and before the job had actually finished. From start to finish everything is a drama with Terry. Also lots of poor workmanship including poor preparation of upstairs landing - leading to new plaster coming away and also lots of trowel marks. Avoid.
