Arrived without a booking, we were welcomed in. Requested a larger table and the waiter was very good. Food was delivered within a reasonable time and in all honesty it was of good quality, very hot. The milk shakes were also good. The overall experience was good.Food: 4/5
You can’t really beat TGIs for easy, straight forward food. No fuss, nothing over the top and no surprises. This is always great comfort food and it tastes great, I’ve never had any complaints here. The range is enough for easy family meals and it’s not expensive, comparatively. We have come for small family events and always had a nice time. Most recently we visited last minute after a graduation and the hostess we had, who was lovely, gave my sister a slice of cake and a well done message. It was a nice touch :

It's a good place to spend with the family, with polite service and they know to captivate the kids. Good food, although they served a burnt rib today. The tables are too close, they need more space between them.
Lovely food a bit expensive but very tasty & presented really nicely. Dessert smores was delicious & the prawn starters were nice & mozzarella dippers.
I took my Daughter her Boyfriend and Granddaughter out for Tea. The food was lovely. It was great to see Harley-Josephine clap for somebody's birthday.Food: 5/5
We had a lovely meal, our server was called matilda. She was very polite and worked very hard, always checking our drinks and if we was enjoying our meal, if she wasn't with us she was clearing other tables and had a smile in her face the whole time.Food: 5/5

Very good restaurant, friendly staff, good food. The only thing I would say if you are between steak and ribs, go for ribs. The steak is OK but the ribs are 1st class. Would I go there again - definitely yes
We had a great time. Lovely ambiance. We booked a table and had no problem with seating. The chips were few but the ribs were well seasoned and delicious. The strawberry daiquiri was tasteless but the zombie cocktail was a much better alternative. The meals can be a bit over priced. Great customer service.
