Guy that works with them from Kidwelly likes to spread rumours about people's houses they work on. They get contrators in that can't do any jobs. I think they have a manager called Jason, gift of the gab so he thinks but promises the works, but lies to get the job from the council. They drilled through my internet and phone cable in two places, flooded my kitchen with wall insulation, and my kitchen is leaking ever since they took a pipe out of the bathroom to insulate the cavity. They got an electrician out to fix the fault but the guy that was meant to do it intitially quit the electricians place, do the owner came out, didn't know how phone an internet cables work, shoved two temporary connection boxes on the wire which now looks awful. Spoke to the deputy in charge and they said that it won't be left like that as it looks horrible. I contacted the manager and he didn't want to know, kept telling me to contact BT, the arrogant moron.

I have never had work done by this company, however, they are working on a council property right now, the guy that lives next door has issues walking. He got out of his car and would have had to make 2 journeys from the car to his house carrying one shopping bag at the time, one of the workers went up to the guy and took his shopping in for him.....it's not often you find this compassion in this world anymore. I would like to applaud this worker.....T.A.D you should be very proud of your employee

Despicable customer service from 'ARWYN'. Been hung up on, treated terribly and all because they cannot do their jobs correctly.  If you have SKY and want work done to the house, enjoy having NO television signal whatsoever and they just hang up on you consistently.  NEVER going with this JOKE of a company again.

I enjoy working for a company that is local and dependable.

Professional and very reliable company, highly recommend.
