Recently had the car serviced and a fault diagnosed here. The service was great and I was kept informed on the progress throughout the time the car was with them.  All staff that I dealt with were very professional and polite. Highly recommend.

All staff were friendly and attentive-so obviously well- trained. An immaculate showroom with a relaxed atmosphere. Especially helpful was Richard Bater- a personable young man with plenty of patience. Nothing was too much trouble. Richard dealt with all our requirements in a very professional manner- giving us the information we needed and the time to think things through. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

i purchased a BMW from Sytner Swansea BMW , this was a distance sale so very apprehensive , got sent a very good quality video plus details of the car and communications were excellent. The car was delivered to my work over 190 miles away exactly when they said and follow up phone call received . Very happy with the car and everyone i dealt with.

I love it here, it's fresh, clean and bright as you walk in and you are greeted so warmly as you enter. All the service staff are friendly, chatty and helpful. The sales staff especially Phil G are exceptionally helpful and go above and beyond. There is an amazing array of refreshments and snacks to see you through whilst you wait in a fabulous waiting area. And the cars  Would highly recommend.
