This is my third mini but my first purchase from Sytner. We bought the car after seeing it online and receiving videos from Becky at the dealership. All contact prior to collecting the car was done remotely as we live over 3 hours drive away. Becky at the dealership dealt with our purchase and she was excellent throughout, responding quickly to our enquiries. On arrival at the dealership we were met by Becky who provided a friendly and efficient handover of the car. We are absolutely delighted with the vehicle it is even better in real life than the videos. This has definitely been our best experience of purchasing a mini.

Great service from Olivia and Matt in the service team. They went above and beyond to get a tricky issue resolved and kept me informed along the way and helped sort out a few bumps in the road along the way too. Nice team who resolved an issue my Mini had that was bought from another dealer and they fixed a few other bits as a goodwill gesture too whilst sorting the main fault which proved elusive, and required the dealer to get mini uk involved to support as very rare problem. Great persistence and kept me informed throughout. Recommended.
A friendly and relaxed environment, absolutely no pressure or any feeling of being rushed into making a purchase. The things I was looking for in my new car seemed as important to the sales team as they obviously were to me.
Purchased a Mini Countryman for my wife, our sales executive was Rebecca Edward’s and supported by the dealership manager Dan. I would like to say it was the very best customer experience I have received in a car dealership. Nothing was too much trouble, no high pressure selling, the purchase of the car was straight forward without any issues. Highly recommended.
