the worst warehouse I've ever been in, the staff is not kind at all, it talks to you like it's its warehouse. she is a lady on the morning shift who speaks very badly to those who come to us. so the conclusion is that you don't make Români Team a leader anymore because it gets on your head.
Security very helpful with the site.
The security personnel are very helpful and the Staffing Match agency in charge of recruitment are great
Reading the other reviews it's clear that Synergy takes customer service seriously and does very well keeping their customers happy with the services they provide. It is, however, surprising and very disappointing that they obviously have absolutely no regards for drivers welfare. The only driver's facility consists of a solitary TARDIS style Portaloo with no soap or water. How many of the management team, do we think, would find it acceptable to go to the loo and not be able to wash their hands with soap and water?? Thankfully businesses that expect drivers to use portaloos are getting fewer but unfortunately Synergy is one of them. For the record I was tipping a 40 ft container and was on site for 3 hours.......
From a customer sending in a return I can only say what a dire service, I feel sorry for the client using these guys to process returns because I will never order from them again - one star is too much.
I have been working with Synergy Retail Support for over 2 years now, both as a supplier and as a client, and marketing manager of clients. Gary and his team offer unparalleled customer support, and even when they can't help personally, Gary offers his expertise and contacts list to help find someone who can. The client managers are excellent, you couldn't ask for better people, or a better service. Thank you.
This is a company that is now reported to health and safety. Failure to provide adequate toilets soap and water. Plus no social distancing etc

This place is for rigids, not artics. And the waiting time to get loaded is hours and hours
