the worst warehouse I've ever been in, the staff is not kind at all, it talks to you like it's its warehouse. she is a lady on the morning shift who speaks very badly to those who come to us. so the conclusion is that you don't make Români Team a leader anymore because it gets on your head.

Reading the other reviews it's clear that Synergy takes customer service seriously and does very well keeping their customers happy with the services they provide.nIt is, however, surprising and very disappointing that they obviously have absolutely no regards for drivers welfare.nThe only driver's facility consists of a solitary TARDIS style Portaloo with no soap or water.nHow many of the management team, do we think, would find it acceptable to go to the loo and not be able to wash their hands with soap and water??nThankfully businesses that expect drivers to use portaloos are getting fewer but unfortunately Synergy is one of them.nFor the record I was tipping a 40 ft container and was on site for 3 hours.......
Gary Rees was brilliant. Responsive, communicative, did everything he promised and on time. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.
