For the money you pay - the equipment and cleanliness of this gym is great. Staff are helpful and the regulars are friendly. Although I would avoid the pool early mornings - it does get busy and swimmers get rather territorial in their lanes - you can't win, you either swim too fast or too slow!
Been going their on weekends. Old leisure centre which has now been relocated at Farnham road. I have been taking kids for swimming on Saturdays. Great fun. Facilities were not as clean as it should be. Parking is free but you have to register your number plate.
My experience was awful, a friend who had been there a few times thought it'd be a great idea for us to go swimming & chill, little do we know that our gadgets and money will be exchanged for it! I would've dropped my review months ago but I'm a busy man, haven't had da time, i only just got back from a long trip since then & I will never forget what happened that day! We got there like everyone else, we found ourselves a locker to keep our belongings which by da way requires £1 to keep our stuffs safe, we went ahead and kept our stuffs in da locker & proceeded to da swimming pool. Long story short by da time we finished swimming and got back to our lockers Someone who had key to our locker had opened it while we was swimming and stole our phones and cash . There was no sign that anyone had broken into our locker & it was well locked when we got back there but for some obscure reasons our things just happens not to be there nomore. That made me question member of staffs there, because no one else have keys to da lockers there other than them, there were no warning signs telling customers not to leave their mobiles or anything valuable in their lockers and apparently since da incident they now have da signs Upp there. I tried to speak to da manager but wasn't there that day, I went da next day, same thing. But I did spoke to some "supervisor" whatever he was, and he did nothing but flapped his jaw, every questioned asked he had no straight answers to. When incidents like that happen there should be some sort of compensation, because it happened in their premises, I followed their rules by putting my belongings where appropriate with £1 to keep it safe, this is their negligence not mine, therefore its their responsibility! Myself and da police told them but again, not taking responsibility for it. Never again, first and last experience definitely! More loss is coming your way montem leisure centre, da loss yuh cost me will come upon you, your business and household a hundred fold.. You all will loose more than you've ever received. Customer service absolute disaster! ...
Good. I'm a member. Brand new gym. Just need to keep on top of the cleaning. It will be a great place to go.
My credit cards and my mobile has been stolen from locker of montem lane liesure centre v v v poor admin and no one taking responsibility.
the staff are rude and not polite. last time i went there i caught the staff giving me dirty looks and treating me horribly and don't get me started on the receptionist
Not worth signing up to, wait until the new gym opens up on Farnham Road
Pricy and untidy changing rooms and shower room needs good clean up.
Poor facility with out dated machines and heard that they are closing down and i think they should close this facility sooner than later
Rubbish customer service. Facilities are poorly managed and money hungary
