Excellent service! I was absolutely petrified of goung to the dentist following bad experiences as a child and with previous dental practices, however Synergy has changed that! Kelly, the head nurse has been so caring and reassured me all the way putting me at ease. I wish I'd found Synergy years ago!
This used to be a good dental practice and has gone seriously downhill since it was taken over by Synergy. I don't get reminders for check ups any more - just threatening messages that I'll be removed from their books because it's been too long since my last appointment. When you do go in for a check up they have you in and out in barely any time at all, with none of the courtesy there used to be and you don't get a teeth polish like you used to. I'm now inundated with marketing emails which I didn't sign up to and don't have an 'unsubscribe' option on the email. Then when you call up you get a lengthy phone recording about how amazing they are and all the awards they've won, which is a bit rich! It's fairly clear that their NHS patients are not their priority and are treated accordingly!
Had the worst experience I could possibly imagine AVOID at all cost…also day 39 of waiting for a booking refund, as I cancelled my appointment within their 48 hours cancellation policy. All smiles when taking your money wait till you need a refund !!! Thai dentist maybe ok for the occasional child’s filling, but for adult general teeth hygiene there simply want your money for inadequate work.
Attended the surgery recently, the head Nurse Kelly was fantastic so professional and pleasant. Appointments always on time and staff very friendly x
