19. 4.18 (approx around 7:50-8pm) - My partner just called to enquire about getting a taxi and after speaking with the gentleman on the phone my partner said he was completely rude and said the cost would be 12.50 which would be a waste of time. I can not believe it.... BE AWARE - DO NOT USE THEM. They don't even deserve 1 star

I didn't need to use SWT in the end but would just like to say the man I spoke to - Wayne - was really polite, nicely spoken and helpful. I will most definitely use them without hesitation should I need to.

If you're question is have you got a taxi available? (Insert any time, day for booking here and God forbid you want one now) the answer will be no nearly every time. Avoid completely unless you can't get one from cm3 (which is nearly just as hard to do). Taxis in this town are appalling.
