I accompanied my wife for a blood test, the two nurses were unable to take the sample and in my opinion they were not very prepared for this. Furthermore, they didn't put no one plaster on the places where they tried to take the blood using one I had in my backpacknI hope and I wish I would never go back to this place again.
The receptionist at second floor which is an old grumpy lady with glasses is so rude and i didn’t find her attitude professional, she spoke in a aggressive way with a high tone which is not acceptable for medical staff . Disappointing as she has different attitude toward English patients , im sure she has racial intentions for this bad behaviour.
Been trying the gp department turn out they dont have a phone number on their website that works and neither one here

I simply picked up some green waste bin bags. Picked up two, one fell out of the box, one was already out. I was snapped at by a woman to only take 2. she thought I was taking 4nI suggested they kept them behind the counter 'we only expect people to take two' she snapped. Why, why do people have to be like that, passive aggressive. There is just no need for it.
