My Swimming Without Stress course was amazing. Ian and Cheryl are extremely patient and knowledgeable teachers. I learned lots and had a thoroughly enjoyable week. The location and accommodation is also first class. I can heartily recommend to non swimmers, anyone with a fear of water and also to swimmers who want to improve and increase their enjoyment of swimming. It is no small thing. My attitude to the water has been forever changed for the better.

The most remarkable part of the whole experience was that it was so relaxing, so while we were learning to swim better and more efficiently, we really were removing the stress. My husband has learnt to trust the water and can now swim along on his back at ease with himself and feeling safe and in control of what happens after doing Ian and Cheryl's residential course. I would recommend them to anyone who has always wanted not to be afraid in the water. They work with you, at your speed and in a way that builds on tiny steps and details at each stage so that you don't feel rushed, embarassed or stressed. And instead of it all being over at the end of the course, it really is just the beginning of something new.

We had 8 sessions mostly with Ian - both my wife and I managed to swim further than we had ever done before. I think both Ian and Cheryl are very professional and really have a way to get the technique across. Well done to you both for getting us to achieve something we never had before.

went to wales for less ons in swimming without so much effort,  very benefitical,  still do some of the practice drills.  My non swimmer friend was amazed at what she could do with a little guidance. Great stay in the barn too.  ALso best place for aquasphere goggles!
