My son has been going for 2 years now and absolutely loves it.nThe facilities are well looked after. Instructors are incredible.nCommunication for instructor changes is always done in advance which is a massive help!nLuke the manager goes out his way to help and ensure everything is as it should be. Have recommended to friends and family
Teachers are great here. However cleanliness and standards of hygiene is very poor. I’ve had to clean wee off the toilet seats multiple times for my daughter to use the toilet. No one is ever at reception. The changing rooms are always occupied even though no one’s in them. Bit of courtesy and cleanliness from parents can go a long way

My two children have been attending this swimming pool for some time now on Wednesday evening, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The organization of the classes is excellent - everything runs smoothly, on time, and with great attention to detail.nThe management clearly puts a lot of effort into creating a safe, well-structured, and welcoming environment for both children and parents. Communication is clear and professional, and the overall coordination of schedules, groups, and instructors is impressive.nIt’s obvious that this place is run by people who truly care about quality, organization, and the comfort of families. I highly recommend this swimming pool to any parent looking for a well-managed and reliable place for their children to learn and enjoy swimming.
My daughter has been coming since they have opened! Any problems we have had, have been dealt with effectively. Customer service is brilliant feom all members of staff always made to feel welcome when arriving for swimming lessons.
