Can't recommend Swift enough. Echoing other reviews, they made a really upsetting time a lot easier and the care they provided to Violet was amazing.nWhen she had to stay overnight after surgery, we phoned at all hours to check on her and every member of staff we spoke to was so kind and helpful. When we went to collect her you could tell she had been taken great care of as she didn't want to leave the staff member!nAlso very quick with sending over all of our relevant documents to our insurer. Would definitely recommend.nBig thank you to Andrea and the nurse team!
It’s not nice when you’re faced with having to make a decision on behalf of a loved pet. Swift referrals made that process very easy. It’s clear that Johnathan is very knowledgable in his field and we felt our beloved dog was in the best hands. Fortunately the operation to remove a liver tumour was successfully and just after a few days our dog is bouncing back to her normal self. All the staff are friendly and clearly love animals. Special thank you to Johnathan, Rhys and Sarah.
I can’t thank the team at swift enough for their amazing care over the past few days looking after our baby girl Patsy. Their compassion and care is second to none, they made a horrible and scary time bearable - and P seemed to love her time there! Thank you for everything!
I can not express my gratitude enough to swift . They are amazing !nWe took Parker our Shih-Pooh in as she was having tremors which then turned into seizure like episodes . They kept Parker in for a week running tests and caring for her . We visited daily and was so worried as she was so poorly , we really thought was going to loose her until Rory came to speak with us and put us at ease . He diagnosed parker with shaker syndrome and started her on treatment , by the time we picked her up the following week she was able to walk again . Had her home now for 3 weeks and she’s literally back to normal . Rory phones weekly for updates on Parker and gives us advice . The care and after care from swift is exceptional ! Would highly recommend. Thank you to all the team for looking after Parker x
I've unfortunately had to use Swift referrals a few times over the last 6 months with my cavalier king charles spaniels' seizures becoming more frequent,longer and unmanageable without veterinary treatment. The whole team,the vets,nurses and receptionists are fantastic. Really welcoming and friendly. They take great care of Mabel whether she's there overnight or there for a routine appointment. I also find that they process any insurance claims quickly which makes things much less stressful.
