Very helpful dark haired lady behind counter, nothing too much trouble when she explained how the system worked. Very polite and professional I will certainly return next time I have to get cleaning done!
The dark haired lady in the hungerford shop is always polite and always goes above and beyond her customer service is second to none I have used this shop for my dry cleaning and alterations for yearsService: Alterations
If you like rude, apathetic service, well this is the place for you! Short thrift upon telephone enquiry firstly and can’t be bothered attitude from ageing lady, only to be given another chance as closest cleaner in the area regrettable. To top off the appalling interaction instead of politely informing of cleaning return timeframes you are directed to a sign on a counter with brisk taps of a pen only and please don’t bother the poor dear to actually collect your items as this is far too much trouble. Swift cleaners management please take note if you value your Hungerford branch at all. ADVISED TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Small shop but seems to cover all dry cleaning needs. Dry cleaning is sent off to Bristol for cleaning which is apparently where they lost one of our items. Formerly this review was 5 stars but it has been downgraded to 1 star as after a while they did not return emails regarding a replacement or compensation for the lost item which strangely they could describe right down to the label inside it!
Just Got off the phone to them. Was rather abruptly informed they have been taken over by another company. Consequently they no longer offer half the services they did before and have closed shop on the other two stores they operated.
