Average mark for me, price is very good, however despite booking many times 24 hours in advanced, for a mini cab to do the school run, it often turns up 20 minutes late so we are late for school, no complaints about the drivers, except one time a lady driver arrives and the cab smelt strongly of cigarettes
Bad service. Ordered a cab for a cake and balloons and they sent me a rude driver who didn't have boot space ? Also waited 20 minutes. I said that I wanted to pay by card on the phone which they said was fine, but when the driver came she asked me to get cash out which was a big inconvenience for me.
