Notified of visit cancellation at very short notice. Could have accepted this but receptionist was very rude and acted like she was being inconvenienced by it. Reading other reviews it looks as though there's a theme developing with a rude receptionist.....

Horrible Horrible Horrible. They were hired by our landlord to get some things fixed and an electrician came in without knocking or buzzing. The electrician went inside the flat as they were given keys and opened the door to my bedroom without knocking while I was sleeping. Apparently another electrician was supposed to be there and was off sick so the required work was not completed . What more this woman called Lyn, had the audacity to make remarks about my character which is not at all professional, to an email to our lease agents.
