Couture cakes is one of the best in my view for birthdays and weddings - their wide range of cakes definitely inspired me to use them on my birthday and maybe one day for my wedding. They were indeed very reliable and delivered all of my needs on time. The cake was absolutely stunning and delicious too.
GC Couture created a fabulous cake for our wedding - neutral tones with the sugar flowers matching the foliage in our bouquets, with nods of gold Harry Potter elements. Just perfect. Thank you! Rebecca & Stefan x
Buttercream was grainy probably not mixed the Icing sugar properly and decoration swirls were all over the place rather than around the edges of the cake as advertised. No response to my email either. Not impressed, should have gone to a local independent as would have been cheaper too!
Update: SPECIFY ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT THE CAKE IS “DECORATIVE AND ORNATE” the current egg description is misleading!! I would've loved to speak to someone however you're closed on Sunday!!! Avoid this place like the plague. I Ordered an egg cake for my son. What a disappointment- the cake came without the plaque and was tinier than expected. It looked like a cake for a barbie doll. If I could award this place zero stars I would. They charged me £111 for a cake for a doll?! Are you kidding me? I could’ve gone to my local Waitrose and purchased a better cake. I’ll be requesting a refund. This is outrageous. Now, I've to find an alternative cake for him!!
This this company is simply AMAZING ! They were recommended to me by the Savoy Hotel in London, where we were having our Silver Wedding Celebration on Valentines Day . I found a picture of a cake I would quite like and Sach said it would be his pleasure to try and recreate ! Well ... he exceeded my expectations ! It was a no fuss order ... payment by link ... and I left it to them . On the day I even received a call to say they were stuck in traffic, which did not matter as they were still three hours to spare. The Beautiful cake was delivered and displayed in all its glory in the room when we arrived . We could not believe how beautiful it was. It tasted AMAZING ... as good as it looked. We had a small small fruit cake layer and a beautiful lemon layer . I would recommend this wonderful company to anybody. THANK YOU SACH & GC COUTURE ....
Delicious cake very sweet! Exactly what I wanted! Will definitely purchase again! I ordered the cake Monday for delivery Friday as it was needed for my mums birthday Sunday. Frustratingly it arrived early on Wednesday by DPD who delivered it without knocking & left it outside on its side! Thankfully the GC team packaged it tight so the cake was not damaged. As it was delivered too early needed to be consumed within 3 days which would have been Friday I contacted the customer service team, they were really helpful and sent another cake for Friday so that it was fresh for the celebration Sunday. Fantastic customer service - thank you!
Ordered our wedding cake from here in 2018 and it was delicious and beautiful. So we decided to order our son’s Christening cake from here too and I was again really impressed. Absolutely beautiful cake and again delicious. Both times the cake arrived on time without any issues. If you want delicious and beautiful cakes which will reliably be delivered, order form here!
Ordered a vegan kids cake for my 1 year olds who has a milk allergy. Cake looked absolutely beautiful I must say but the cake is far too rich for a todler!
Thank you to everyone at GC Couture for the incredible, delicious cake you made for our daughter's wedding. The truest testament to the magnificence of the cake is that there wasn't a crumb left! Everyone enjoyed either the fruit sponge or vanilla sponge with strawberry filling or both so much that there was nothing at left to take home! The decoration was spot on - from the burgundy ribbons and exquisite, delicate, sugar-paste flowers to the superb Lego bride & groom that topped the cake and was literally the "icing on the cake"! Your professionalism was a joy and working with you was effortless - thank you so much for making the whole experience a complete & delicious success. Sandy & MIke Lerman
