The carpet cleaning team just left and my carpets look like perfection! Setting up the appointment was superb easy, the customer care agent was very polite and explained me the whole procedure and answered to my questions. The cleaning team came on the appointment time, did quick and efficient work. Choosing Sweep and Swab Chester was the best decision I've ever maid - can't recommend high enough!
A long story short, whenever I hire any business to solve an issue in my home fix the fridge, cleaning, plumbing, or whatever I always ask the customer care representative LITERALLY! a million questions before proceeding, because I really need to know the following: 1-st Do they really understand my issue; 2-nd Are they actually doing the best possible to please the customer, or are they just trying to get the money? And the third one and the most important for me: Can I trust them?! I guess that most of the people out there are interested in these three questions, because out there are so many businesses just trying to get you to spend more money. This is DEFINITELY NOT the case with Sweep and Swab Chester - these guys are legit! One of the guys who came was superb knowledgeable about the chemicals, carpets' materials, organic treatment, and allergens. The team absolutely knows its stuff. What I loved the most about the work of this cleaning company was that they were 100% transparent with how they'd treat my carpet. The story went too long, so the final result was AMAZING DIFFERENCE! The carpet felt plush and the air in my home seemed so fresh! The past 6 years, I've had my carpets cleaned by other cleaning companies in Chester and the surrounding areas, but I've never been so satisfied with the service! Every time before, the carpet always smelled like it was loaded up with chemicals. In the end, do yourself a favor and use Sweep and Swab Chester - it's relieving to deal with a company, that's an expert at their business area, and take the job seriously as a professional!
Soo, the long story short: these carpet cleaners made a miracle in my home. The price they've charged me was the same quoted over the phone. The workers were friendly and gave me some useful tips on how to prolong the life of my carpets. Thanks again and writing this review I hope I'm helping another people looking for a reliable cleaning company!
If I could 0 stars I would, the service received was despicable, almost laughable. I paid for a deep clean of my property and the ‘team’ sent was one person for carpet cleaning and one person for the rest of the house. The list of things left unclean is too long to bore you with but it includes the toilet, fridge and oven fairly standard I think in most households. I could have done a better job myself in half an hour. I subsequently complained and was told a different team would arrive to fix the problems. The SAME team arrived and then spent all of 45 minutes washing the floors and windows, as the cleaners protested that they were unable to clean an oven toilet and fridge although this was supposedly part of the service. I would NEVER use this company or their sister companies ever again. I have been offered no apologies or compensation for the hassle this has caused me. I have found the managers and customer service team equally as frustrating. I was unable to review them on their own website as there is no function for this funnily enough. It does not use skilled cleaners or provide flawless results as suggested on the website.
