The team are amazing with our dog Cleo. We don't drive but they offer a pick up and drop off service. They always have a smile on their face and you can see how much they love their jobs. They all treat Cleo fantastically and she always comes back looking and smelling amazing.
The two ladies there today were amazing with my dog Hugo, he’s a very nervous dog, but they continued to reassure him through the appointment. Looking forward to bringing him back again to these lovely people. Thank you again
Shelley and her team always do a great job on our boy. Shelley also knows our boy don't like to be in holding pen while hes waiting to be picked up so she lets him sit out by the gate ... this is brilliant and I know hes not getting stressed.
Had my golden here and they did a fantastic job, can not fault their service at all. my boy was looking great and happy. Unfortunately I did miss the last appointment and failed to notify them which is entirely my own fault but to be charged fully price of £50 is personally unacceptable and feel this should have been a 50% charge being my fault not full price! For this i moved to another groomer.
I took our beautiful Bella here just before Christmas, they squeezed us in albeit they were already busy with the Christmas period. She was honking going in but came out like a fresh puppy. She wasn’t moulting as much, her nails were nicely filed and trimmed, her pads were moisturised and trimmed, she smelt edible she was so shines and clean! This was almost 2 weeks ago and she still smells incredible. All the staff were very friendly, professional and even gave me a Christmas card. I’ll definitely be back now and I’ve told all my friends about the top notch service I’ve received. Thank you Shelleys Poochie parlour and team
Boris adores going to see Shelley for his regular wash and cut. He always comes out smelling and looking lovely. It doesn't seem a job to Shelley more a vocation and this is reflected in how happy the dogs seem after they have visited her. Highly recommended.
Wonderful friendly ladies. Wouldn't go anywhere else. My pumpkin looked gorgeous and smelt lovely when I picked her up and she was very happy.
Past few occassions i have used this drive through they either dont have want i want or they give wrong drink no straw no napkins disappointed
First time using Shelley’s Poochie Parlour. Archie was made very welcome and he was very happy to go in and he came out looking fabulous and smell’s delightful. Very happy with the service, would certainly recommend.
Really nice people and they looked after my dogs perfectly. Fantastic service and great price.
