Anita & Derek were so caring and professional. Derek went over and above to provide the service we required which he had never done before. The whole day went so smooth. Derek and his team were there for support but at the same time stayed in the background, they made had the whole process from start to finish as painless as possible, they were there to support us every step of the way. Top service from caring yet professional staff.
I would like to thank the team at Swearers Funeral Directors Ramsey for guiding me through the arrangements for my wife's funeral. This was naturally a very difficult time for myself and the family. I would specifically like to thank Derek who demonstrated huge respect, sensitivity and understanding while steering me through unfamiliar territory. This meant my wife had the funeral she wanted and at the same time, ensured there were no gaps in the arrangements. I found the overall cost to be very reasonable and in fact less than I had anticipated. Fees were clear and explained at the beginning with no surprises along the way. I would highly recommend Swearers to others. Paul Carroll
From beginning to end at such a difficult time Derek and the staff provided an exceptional service taking the pressure off our family in organising the funeral of our mum without any extra sales pressure for unnecessary add ons. We would also like to mention the caring and courteous service provided by the drivers. Thankyou for the unexpected lovely framed photograph and memory book given to us which was so thoughtful. We would highly recommend Swearers.
Anita and Derek were wonderful - empathetic and efficient at the same time. Everything as we wished and so well-organised. My mum would have loved her funeral!!!! I would highly recommend their services- they are a blessing to our community
They were amazing when my daughter passed. Realy comforting and gave my daughter dignity and care from beginning to the end even to walking through the village were she lived so residents could pay there last respect to her. It's a little old fashioned funeral directors with a massive heart. Thankyou x
Anita is a true asset to your team, she went above and beyond helping my mum whilst dealing with my Nan’s funeral recently, even going out of her way to deliver nan’s ashes to her, a very warm and kind lady and a credit to your company
