As Coordinator for Oakhaven Hospice Neighbours scheme, Sway Place generously offered us use of the beautiful gardens to hold our annual Neighbours Away Day. With over 30 of the team attending we were so well looked after, nothing was too much trouble and the hospitality absolutely fabulous!nnThank you Sway Place, especially Laura Blake for making this happen!
I am a volunteer for Oakhaven Hospice and have attended many meetings and events at Sway Place. Laura Blake is so welcoming and makes sure that all our needs are met. Debra on reception is helpful and friendly. We are extremely well looked after and have enjoyed their wonderful catering. Sway Place are very community minded, there always seems to be something going on for the residents to enjoy.
I attended the D-Day 80th anniversary commemoration yesterday and, as usual, we were made so welcome by all the staff at Sway Place. I live in the Village of Sway and always try to attend these events.nI cannot stress too strongly, what a friendly, caring home from home Sway Place is, nothing seems to too much trouble for the staff.nI would be so happy to think that a member of my family lived there, knowing that they were in such a warm and caring place.
Just wanted to say a huge “Thank You” to Laura and the team at Sway Place for hosting a team event for Oakhaven Neighbours today. We were looked after so well and were able to enjoy the lovely gardens as we met to share thoughts re the Oakhaven Neighbours Scheme. This was followed by an excellent buffet lunch which was enjoyed by all of the team. A great example of Sway Place reaching out to support their local community.
On behalf of Sway Carnival we are delighted with the amazing support given to us during Sway Carnival Week, including hosting both the children's teaparty and the boules competition. With the residents joining in the fun with Sway villagers and preschool children a good time was had by all. Thank you again and we look forward to our joint collaboration next year.
