The first time I visited was for a click and collect order. The clasp of the necklace I was given was broken. The sales staff tried to tell me nothing was wrong, and I had to ask for a replacement. The second time I placed an order, it never arrived. I used a gift voucher. It has been over a month, I have not been refunded : It has been extremely difficult and slow talking to customer support. There is no response on WhatsApp channels. I don’t see my issue being resolved and wish I did not have to waste time trying to resolve this. I do not recommend ordering online.
Poor customer service I asked a solution for my jewellery which is broken and I only used twice and the lady said that it can't repaired or replace the stone on my earing, she told me to go to another store if they have the repair service. so I am not buying from SWAROVSKY again and I won't recommend the products, no point to spent money and can't get it repair.
Shopping in this place is hard work .. staff very slow and peculiar .. don’t really want to have a conversation with a shop assistant about my plans for Christmas … very odd , I have to say . Rather would have someone dealing efficiently and swiftly with my request and not holding strange conversations . Will go elsewhere in the future
Store staff are extremely rude Especially store manager NINA I spent over £200 online but apparently i didn’t “add” a 10p bag to my order so they REFUSED to give me one instore even when I stated im more then happy to purchase a bag instore. They straight blank refused me and let me work out the store with boxes of jewellery. I’ve read the other complaints and Swarovski should review who they allow to be a store manager in their stores absolutely pathetic.
Great local place to pop and buy some nice birthday or special present for loved ones. Brent Cross easy to park and no payment required. Unlimited time for parking daily.
The worst customer service by the manager of this store. I asked him for a better box for a product that costs double the price of a cheaper product with a good box but he said he would rather lose a sale than give me a better packaging. Guess what, they lost a sale!

Shopped with my wife. Attended to a lovely south american lady. Lovely professional sales manner which made all the difference and such a nice lady .
The manager at the Brent cross branch is rude. When asked a few questions she was not bothered about replying, spoke harshly and just turned her face away. It's ridiculous how such a premium brand employs managers/ staff who are rude, not helpful, useless and with not a bit of soft skills.
