Me and my friend were searching for some jewellery for her Nan and we found we were greatly serviced by Georgia, who helped us decide which item to go for and we chose a lovely bracelet, so thank you x
The staff were quite rude and unhelpful as I did not have the original box for an ornament that I required to be repaired, that is nearly 20 years old. I understand that it would need to sent away with the correct packaging, but when I asked if I could buy the box and foam inserts, their reply was just a flat NO! I have since telephoned another Swarovski branch who were more helpful and have given me the telephone number for customer services.
I was very impressed with the lovely Rihanna who served me Friday evening. I was buying jewellery for my daughter’s wedding and she really couldn’t have been more helpful. I’m delighted with my purchases. Rhianna is a real asset to the team - thank you.
Absolutely terrible service and staff! I am honestly shocked at how rudely I was treated by x staff member, whilst I was just trying to purchase quite a few goods. Staff training needs to occur in this store, as a lot of people are speaking up about the bad experiences they’ve encountered by the staff at this store. A shame honestly.
Don't order Click and Collect! I was advised when ordering I'd be able to collect my order within 4 days, I'm currently on 9th day and no order to collect! The store can't help and customer service is a joke. They just ask you to wait another week or 2! For a 4 day order! Disgusting service and no help or support after they take your money.
Monika the manager is amazing, such a great asset to the Swarovski team. She is very knowledgeable about the products also she went the extra mile helping with my children. She offered them to draw so I can shop. This is an excellent service. She needs more support with the shop Leigh out , shop need refurbishing …
Fab service at Bluewater store yesterday. Greeted as soon as I walked in and lovely young lady came over to help me. Rehanna? I think was so kind. I was looking for ring with voucher given for birthday pressie. We found perfect one and initial sizing issue was sorted within a minute. Great professional service from a young person, with confident chat to help me, much appreciated. I will be back to get the matching products available. Thank you x
Literally the lady Garcia serving me was so rude. Chewing gum in front of the customer, really???? Also I couldn’t decide between 2 necklaces as I was choosing for a Christmas present and I asked her to see them she made a face expressions? Like isn’t this your job?? On the till I asked her for a gift receipt she made face expressions again. She didn’t even asked me if I was a member. Literally the worst serving I’ve ever had from this shop!
I'm sorry but I didn't get the lady's name who served me today 11.30?, she has fair hair and wears glasses if this helps lol.. I just want to say that she has a great attitude and is very very kind and helpful. I have been in this store a number of times and every time she has served me she has been great... Thank you! and you are a credit to the store.
