Amazing service, would use again and again. From discussing expectations and requirements at booking, right through to completion, the service was second to none. There was active communication when needed, turned around in the time frame promised and to a great standard!

The friendly staff at Swanson Newton Abbot made servicing my Ford a pleasure, and even informed about benefits I did not know were available, or that I was entitled to. If they are able to secure more forecourt space I will give an extra star.

I just purchased a used Kuga from Swanson , I can only give a great review for James M who was the rep’ I dealt with , he was friendly yet professional very knowledgeable and yet understood my questions needed to be answered in a way for a layman to understand . I was given a great trade in price for my car . The whole process was very fast and painless and the guys I dropped my car off  part exchange  with were very polite and friendly even after they saw the mud in the car from my dog  We have used Swanson for our servicing for our cars before and will definitely continue to .

Had a few problems with my focus st ,took it to swansons as I have always done the service team booked it in ,informed me what it needed etc ,although they had car bit longer than anticipated I was given a replacement car at no cost to me they kept me informed and very apologetic but hey these things happen. Brilliant team on service dept and car now runs like new .

We've been having our cars serviced here for years. Reasonably priced, genuine Ford parts and a years free AA breakdown cover included in the service cost. Just a shame they only service Ford. Helpful and freindly staff too.

Had an issue with one of the company vehicles. Went to 4 garages and these technicians were the only garage capable of diagnosing and repairing the fault. Extremely good communication from the office.  I recommend
