Sometimes good sometimes bad er it is what it is I had a incident today with bus driver he wouldn’t let me get a single ticket and he forced me to do tap on tap of this is the man who did it he is nasty and couldn’t care less he dose it to other people to needs to be sacked or boss needs a word with him
Changed my opinion on this place coin access to the toilet not functioning, no way of getting in!!nNo attendant visable.nWalk to find alternative risk of missing bus.Accept the need to charge for the use of, but if it's not functioning then should allow ow free access. Dreadfull just goes to show it's all about the money no matter the inconvenience to the public
A lovely spacious bus stop with lots of seats available during wait time for the buses. It’s neat and clean. This bus stop has the look of an airport There are quite a few coffee shops Greggs, Costa Coffee and more. Through it, is the connected Mall for further shopping, food and entertainment.
The woman at the bus departure information office was not very friendly. She doesn't get up from her chair and she doesn't make an effort to listen. I didn't understand her few instructions very well when I asked her which door the coach leaves from. No one else was there to help.
Good bus and coach station, plenty of space to sit and there's even a Greggs and Co-op..
