Extremely disappointed with the parking rules at Swan Shopping Centre. Having a traditional pay-and-display system where you are forced to pay before knowing how long your visit will take is completely hostile to shoppers. How is anyone supposed to predict exact shopping times in advance? Risking a penalty charge just for lingering longer in a shop or grabbing a meal ruins the entire experience. It actively discourages people from supporting the stores here. And it explained why there are so many empty shops.nI definitely won't be coming back.
I've visited the Swan Centre several times and it's never been crowded. Limited range of stores inside. In fact, the atmosphere is rather subdued. The pay and display car park has some wide bays but the access ramps are a bit tight. Take plenty of coins with you as the machine doesn't give change!
This is the best car park ever! They have changed 3 spaces to two spaces so you can actually get out of your car without damaging the doors Amazing, I will definitely be going to Leatherhead again, well done to whoever made that decision.
Quiet , Clean and small shopping center in Leatherhead. To be honest it's too quiet. Few brand shops trying to make it live but it's still...nBig brand clothes shops, home appliances store, electronic shop and food stores would be a good idea, I think.nThey have a good selection of Cafes and Restaurants available.nCar parking was ok. Need more access to disabled car parking.
A rare walk for assistance from Gt. Bookham to keep an appointment with staff met at a Meeting Place special at the Baptist Church one busy afternoon in this latest locale to try me for size.
