I believe Swallowfield lower school provides satisfactory/ good education standards however the staff can be very unkind, so much to the point of parents taking their children out of this school and moved to another. 
Sadly it seems ego has gotten the better of quite a number of staff members leaving a lot of mothers/ parents upset on numerous occasions. 
In particular the formal head teacher Mrs Kim Brewer is a great deal of the time very unpleasant, rude and not approachable. 

I believe in due time the reputation of Swallowfield lower school will inevitably go down hill and I do not think members of staff are aware how many parents they have very much upset. 

Overall great school but very poor members of staff.

Great school. Check of ofsted report.  Teachers and all staff are well organised and friendly. Safe place for children to learn.
