This is the first and only running shop ive been to and had my gait analysis done! Ive had the best experience and the service is more then expected. They really know there stuff and give lots of advice and go above and beyond to make sure you get the best running trainers for you and get the most out of them! Really nice staff especially Charlotte who has dealt with me a few time. Being indecisive as-well there’re very patient and understand. I had to go back because with running shoes it’s tricky without running in the first i had some trouble with the pair I bought and so it was no problem to try more pairs and exchange them!!
Excellent service. I have been struggling to find a shoe that suits the older, much heavier me. Video gait analysis and good advice have helped me find a pair I am very happy with and look forward to doing many injury free miles in.

Staff offer great customer service as they are patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The gait analysis service was great and I feel that I came out with the right running trainers for my needs and not the ones that were just the most expensive.
I had a gait analysis with Charlotte who listened to what I wanted and found shoes to try and accommodate my needs. I was able to try different shoes on the treadmill to see how they felt and sold a pair of adidas Solar control size 5.5. Unfortunately they turned out to be a bit small and despite having worn them outside I was able to change them, the second pair of shoes were adidas supernova solution. I didn’t use these outside and I’m glad because they were definitely not the right shoes so I changed them on my third visit. I must be the most awkward person to sell shoes to… I now have another pair of shoes which I hope will be fine for what I need. Thank you so much to the people at Sutton runner for putting up with me and spending so much of your collective time trying to find me the right pair of shoes.
Shop not just for runners! Excellent equipment for cyclist too. Bought a great cycle helmet here. Great Customer service
Great shop for anyone who enjoys the sport/challenge of running. It has fantastic staff, who are friendly and professional. The array of trainers for all types of running- road, cross-country, etc, are available for you to try on & have a test run on the treadmill, which is located in the store. On this, the staff are able to inform you of your gait/run style, which trainers are best suited to you. Other running gear and equipment are also available in store. Well worth a visit if running is your sport.

I know nothing about running ..went with my boyfriend to buy him running shoes as a birthday gift.. The salesman was amazing..friendly, professional and so knowledgeable..could answer every query my boyfriend had.. Fantastic service.. I was totally impressed!
I ordered online. Found them after searching for a specific colour of Novablast which were out of stock everywhere else. Item was delivered in 3-4 days and were in perfect condition.
