First time using MOT Bros today. I had booked in my car for an MOT online and had a reminder sent over 24 hours before. Arrived for my MOT slightly early and popped into the reception. Staff where really friendly, took my details and cracked on with the MOT. The waiting area is very nice, moderns and well maintained. Was made a lovely coffee while I waited I'd go back just for the coffee!. Car passed without any issues, and only cost £29.99! I will most definitely be back next year and would highly recommend this garage! Thank you MOT Bros! :
I called up MOT Bros and they squeezed us in last minute to diagnose a warning light on the dashboard of my 3.5t horsebox. They kindly fit us in last minute giving us piece of mind to ensure we could still compete on Saturday. Very friendly, helpful and personable service. I don't often take time to write reviews however i feel compelled to take the time out to write one on this occasion. The management are rude and customer service is non existent, my wife was in the waiting area with my our children. The lady was rude to my child, it's also worth noting that when there is a diverse group of people who speak a range of different languages, it is best to communicate with each other in a language that everybody has in common as it can be obvious at times when you are talking about a customer in your own native language. I will certainly not be a returning customer.
I had my car taken to then by the RAC as I had a very bad oil leak caused by two oil seals which had failed. It was not an easy fix and was a large job to take on. I received a phone call advising me what the problem with the car was and gave me a price for fixing it. They completed the works to my car perfectly and also had a new MOT with no advisories result. I have used many garages over the years but non of them rival this one. They are simply brilliant and would advise anybody to use them. Thank you
Went in as had a piece of plastic dragging from underneath the car. Phoned up first and lady was profession. Jordan had a look and reattached the piece with a metal clip instead of the old plastic one which came from factory. Jordan fixed the issue within 30sec. Very profession and quick service, much needed as am from out of town. Would recommend.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially John- he gave me coffee and a mince pie! Great job on my motor, quick and honest. Will definitely use again.
Few weeks ago I had a problem with red warning light regarding brake pads. I left my Bmw for replace and MOT Bros found real problem which was just a sensor. This is the way how to build trust with client. Well done MOT Bros and see you around March for my service.
Got booked in really quickly. Friendly service and quick repair. Thanls very much. One point I would add is that once the issue was diagnosed the repair went ahead without calling for authorisation from me. It was less expensive than I was expecting so not a problem but just something to watch out for if it's potentially an expensive repair.Services: Air conditioning
Mike and the team were great. They kept us informed at every stage, apologising for a delay that was not their fault it was the supplier, and made it very clear that one particular job wasn't necessary, saving me some money!
been to MOT Bros today to investigate a vibration from under the bonnet after hours of seaching no luck, on collection no charge, what a honest garage, would reccomend for any work to be done
