Visited on many occasions the food is always great and the all you can eat deal is 100% worth it. The Sushi is amazing the best I've ever tried and 100% fresh. The only thing I struggle with the app as it doesn't work well in my phone for some reason and they usually give us an ipad.
Best Sushimania we've been to we have visited Golders Green & Reading branches. Food quality was better than the other branches we've been to like the tempura batter and the ramen noodle soup. The miso glazed aubergine could be better, the ones in Golders Green tasted nicer and had more sauce on top. They also put on their menu that they serve Urumaki with flying fish roe on the outside but when the order came it did not have the fish roe and the waitress said that they only serve the fish roe on alacarte, even though it was described on the eat all you can menu that it has fish roe. Service was good and on time, they use an app to order unlike in Reading which makes it faster. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place itself is by far the best than other branches we've been to, clean and has a modern look with a lot of seats and good for party celebrations. Toilets are clean and spacious with a disabled and baby changing area at the ground floor entrance. They also have waiting table and seats near the entrance and bar. They also did not charge my 1 year old son unlike in Reading Sushimania. We will definitely come again here instead of our local sushimania in Reading which is way more worth it despite the distance.
Had a wonderful evening. Love the concept of ordering on you phone. Super quick turnaround from order to food on the table. The all you can eat deal is the best sushi deal I have seen in the UK. It even includes sashimi which is not usually seen on these kinds of buffet deals. They do limit you to 3 orders of sashimi but that is fair I think. Quality of the sushi was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will be back.
First time trying Sushi… could of been better but quick service and polite people thank you. Went late evening wasn’t too busy and very spacious! Tried a range of food! Apparently the chicken and meat is halal…?
Great restaurant with a lot of indoor seating. Quick service and very clean. You have to order on your phone which is annoying. Shout out to the guy who saw me struggling with chop sticks for ages and brought me over some assisted chopsticks without me having to ask
Food and service were excellent. Came in for lunch with my wife and 2 children. Very quickly after being seated, the waiter came to our table with a small plate of sliced avocado and cucumber and asked if baby would like to try, she loved the mashed up avocado! The sushi and dishes were fresh and really enjoyable. The maki we ordered ended up coming after we’d finished the other dishes, and the waiter offered to have them taken off the bill, or boxed up for us. I chose to have them boxed up and the waiter ended up taking them off the bill anyway, which was really nice of them. Will definitely recommend and visit again!
The food in here is getting better than before. I tried numerous Japanese restaurants around London. This one is the best now on my list. Also, it is half price till March.
I went there to eat some sushi. The staff recommended to get their offer to eat up to 6 hot and 6 cold food. All food was terrible, we keep returned food back. We had argument with manager , he push us to eat all food, saying we wasting food. Never come back in this restaurant with bad food and bad customer service. Also the owner keep deleting our reviews, reporting to Google saying i’m lying, i wasn’t there. Now is making sense why they have only 5 stars, because they deleting all 1 stars. Hope i was clear. Thx
I've been a few times with friends and I struggle to like this place. Food was not great certainly no good quality of ingredients. For the lunch buffet you don't have everything, for example you need to pay extra for eel rice, etc. Service staff are not particularly happy and friendly. Good decoration though from the precious Italian restaurant that used to be in this location.
Really unimpressed as this was our first time there. My husband made a booking for our family of five. On arrival we were greeted my the manager who struggled to strike a smile. I told him it was our first time there and my son was really looking forward to this meal as he’s a real sushi fan. The manager just left one menu for the 2 of us to look at and went off. Regardless if it was a Saturday afternoon, I was very disappointed that the manager didn’t even have the courtesy to explain to us how it works with placing the order using a QR code. So after sitting at the table unattended for around 5 mins I called one of the staff members over who explain the ordering process to us. By that time I was done because the manger so unfriendly and unhelpful I took my custom elsewhere. The manager clearly needs training on how to deliver a good service to customers and how to be more attentive. After reading more reviews on google I can clearly see that I’m not the only one who thinks the manager has an attitude problem. He should be sacked!
