It was first time visiting Tashi Sushi today. The sushi and katsu curry was good. However, the lady that works there needs to work of their customer service skills and be more polite. She originally charged me the eat in price until I saw there wasn’t any seats left. I asked for a refund to my card which she said she can only give me cash. Food was good but won’t be returning due to poor customer service.
it’s such a great restaurant! the prices are very reasonable, especially for sushi, and it all tastes great. my favourite order is cucumber maki and chicken gyoza noodle soup! if you’re wondering around Croydon with no idea what to try, i recommend this restaurant.
I've been going to tashi for years its a great kiosk thats serves tasty and delicious Japanese food. Whether it's sushi or hot dishes, you are in for a treat. Tashi also has good portion sizes and reasonably priced excellent value for money. And the team are friendly and welcoming and will happily suggest a few options if your spoilt for choice.
Absolutely love the Japanese Chicken curry!!! My son is a fussy eater and this has been a game changer. Customer service is great too...thank you!!
This place is by far my favourite sushi place! Iv eaten from here on countless occasions and find it very convenient for anyone working in Croydon and looking for a proper sushi and not your supermarket stuff. Try the Inari sushi! The best sushi iv had! Good price and quick service,
What happened to this place staff are over run and miserable and the chicken noodle soup hardly has any taste . It doesn't have dumplings like it did also. I'm gutted something changed since I last went a couple of months ago.The service and taste put me off going again.
I’ve had sushi from Tashi sushi multiple times and it’s very cheap and decent quality . Altogether this came up to about £12.40 which I think is incredibly cheap for how much there is .
Great for lunch though seats are limited. Sushi is fresh & delicious, with lots to choose from! The chicken katsu & vegetable curries are the best options when you’re really hungry - costs £4-6 depending on which size, and you can order with a drink to make it a meal. Friendly staff and area is always clean & neat. Excellent value for money!

Absolutely love this place! I will always go out if my way to grab a Katsu Curry from here. So tasty and super filling. Really reasonable price for a curry and a drink and staff are really accommodating. Cannot wait for the new store to open.
