We used Susan Hall & Co in 2012 to buy our house. The process went smoothly and communication was great. This experience set the bar for us. None-the-wiser to how poor some solicitors can be, we used our building society's recommended solicitor when remortgaging - that experience was atrocious. We will be looking to use Susan Hall again in the future.
