Anita from Time for You has cleaned our house for over a year now. She has always been 100% reliable, always completing a thorough, professional job. She is very felixible, tackling additional requests with a can do attitude and a smile. She has gone out of her way to help us prepare the house for family parties and events. She has even come over to let my wife in when she forgot her keys! Anita is an absolute star and I would thoroughly recommend Time for You!
Very efficient and friendly company, cleaner organised within a couple of days. Tilly only started cleaning for me in December. She is very reliable and friendly. If she is running late she always lets me know. She is a very good/ efficient cleaner and works hard.
Avoid this company at all costs. We were required to pay up front for 3 months of their service, which they refused to refund when we had a horrible experience with their first two cleaners. The first cancelled on the morning of when her son was ill which is completely fair! - but then asked if she could come the next day, and bring her son with her. My wife is 5 months pregnant so we were not happy to have a child sick enough to go to the doctor the day before, come to our house - not to mention the fact we are not running a daycare! They allocated us a new cleaner very quickly, but her first visit was of such a poor standard dirt still visible all over the floors, shower glass and taps completely untouched that we immediately asked to cancel TFY we’d completely lost faith in them by this point - and were told that their fee was non-refundable. Their email responses were incredibly unprofessional and seemed to indicate that they thought they’d delivered the expected level of service, when nothing could be further from the truth! There are plenty of more competitively-priced options available which we’d strongly recommend considering before you ask Time For You. Photos are attached to show the poor standard of the clean.
Saffron has been great the times she has visited and has done a really good job. Would recommend. Time for you have been good at following up to make sure everything is ok
My cleaner, Rossukon, is excellent. Reliable, attentive and lovely. Nothing is too much trouble, and the house always feels so much better once she’s visited.
Cleaning organised through Time for You is great, our cleaner Danielle is amazing. Would definitely recommend!
Time for you are very helpful, they take time to ensure all is running smoothly and always check in to see if we are happy we have had a few different cleaners as a few have changed job or moved out of the area but they have all be great and very friendly. Thank you time for you!!
