Was a very lovely little place, super quick food as it came within 5-10 minutes of orfering probably as we were on our own. 3 of us ordered, sirloin steak, whole chicken and a southern fried sweet chilli chicken burger meal. Nobody had any complaints, all 3 of us were very complimentaryFood: 5/5
Food is so tasty , you won't be dissappointed, fresh at its best and friendly service. A must go to place when I'm around the area and you must taste their oreo milkshake ..yumm
Had the bacon double burger and it was remarkably average reminded me on the sort of burger you'll get from the van before kick off to a football match. Quite disappointing and rather flavourless. The chips were better most had a nice crunch to them but they did get cold extremely quickly . The shake was the best part of the meal by fair I had the cookies and cream one and it was rather nice but rather small for a ' regular ' overall have mixed feelings about this place
The establishment is clean and service is good. I had the southern fried sweet chilli chicken burger meal. The burger was more than half salad with the smallest piece of fried chicken, which was more crispy coating than chicken. Not impressed. The peri peri chicken was nicely spiced and was tender and moist. The wrap of fillet chicken was also liked and enjoyed. For the price of my burger meal I'd expect more chicken than I got.
This place has really gone downhill used to be 10/10 person at the till so rude never has a smile speaks to you very aggresily it's like they don't want you in there kitchen staff very unprofessional had a lamb burger looked very nice when I had a bite inside was not cooked properly shame to see it go down so muchFood: 1/5
Often use Shake and Grill in Southsea, by far the best burgers in town, top quality, great size portions and the shakes are amazing. Hakim and his team are amazing. Just had an another amazing meal with my long haired admiral
Honestly the best food ever just so delicious and always taste fantastic staff are amazing just so friendly and nice such a breath of fresh air x x 10/10 in my book
Wonderful staff, quick with a joke and always accommodating! Customer service is 100%, they always greet me with a smile even when I come for the last order! Simply the best burgers in town for a very reasonable price.
Gave my partner a milkshake with nuts inside after she clearly stated she had a nut allergy. After being hospitalised and almost dying they offered us a food voucher and wouldn’t pay her missed income and are now ignoring lawyers. Dietary restrictions: They do not care about allergens they almost killed someone
