In the words of Tina Turner "Simply The Best" I collected a 72 and 50 year old kilt today, both needing some TLC, Robert and his team worked miracles, they look amazing! Also 4 jackets, a waistcoat and a 23 year old wedding dress, again needing some magic! I really do not know how they do it, it is worth the 3hr round trip. I would not trust these special items to be cleaned anywhere else. Lucky Surbiton to have such an amazing Dry Cleaners, repair shop and opposite Waitrose! Thank you Robert and your incredible team.
Not only did Roberts fix my hopeless favourite jeans so I could wear them again, they also professionally cleaned my Converse which I've had for 15 years. Can definitely recommend them!
I entrusted Roberts Cleaners with my wedding dress and they didn’t disappoint. Some stubborn stains were removed & a small seam split repaired. It’s as good as new and packaged up with tissue paper into a lovely box that’s perfect for its long term storage. Along with the excellent customer service I received it was an all round great experience.

UPDATE: Wow, I had a problem see below, but had a call from the owner the next morning and all rectified, incredible response and full explanation given... they clearly do care and are sorting it. Being using Roberts for 17 years now, last two occasions have been so poor, cleaning is excellent, but the staff could not be more rude, the young lady could not have been less helpful. A pity as not much choice locally

We have been using Roberts regularly for over 10 years. The service is courteous, professional and the cleaning is to a good standard. On the very rare occasions that we have had any issues they have been readily rectified.
