Always been a fan of this brand but never had the chance to walk in to their stores. So this was my first impression of their store. The store always has a queue, went there twice during my trip to the UK, on a weekday and weekend. Both still need to queue up but dont worry line moves fast. They limit a certain number who can enter at once. Always thought their prices were off the roof but it seems there's a slight drop, choices of tees are limited, plenty of size M - XL. Size S run out fast ! Their sizes run big oversize so if youre Asian size M, you can definitely fit their size S. If you're buying for a friend, you wont be getting any extra bags as they dont sell separately so do split the bills with your other friends if you really want the bags. The staffs on the lower ground floor were very helpful to guide me / check my size but changing rooms are limited instore they only have one. Personally i just tried it on in front of their mirror. The staff at the cashier was not as friendly as the others, make sure you dont as him a lot of questions, he really doesn't have the time to entertain Overall good first time experience here, minus the cashier definitely will comeback when im in town.
Sweet shop with a good vibe. Expensive but good quality stuff. Staff aren't super helpful but they are happy to help out. Needs another changing room too. Also make sure you go atleast 45mins before closing time as there are queues to get in.
My husband is extremely into streetwear & sneakers and Supreme is one of his go-to places in NYC. Hence, he insisted their location in London was on his must-visit list. The decor is pretty similar to the one in New York, bright and clean with few product lineup like an exhibition. The staff was friendly and much nicer than what we experienced. The safety procedures they executed during the pandemic was in high standard.
A small one-room spot of a famed brand for every teenager to check. Teenage male staff is always reasonable blasé and friendly to make you feel comfortable while trying to find you the size and color of a T-shirt you crave. Beware of shortages of sizes - especially for younger kids. Remember that S doesn’t necessarily mean it’s small-small. Demand is high, supply is low so you might get irritated learning about products lacking. Well hey, that’s the price for being trendy and hip today.
Cool shop but queue often extends over a block and around the corner. Great door staff
Beautiful Supreme shop with a lot of choice of products, i recommend it for this but also for the availability of the staff. Thanks!
Very bad treatment by the clerks, I come from Spain to the store and all the time complaining that it takes me a long time to buy clothes: "You have 5 minutes to buy". Never in my life a store told me something like that. I bought products for +500$ but this does not matter to them. The treatment was terrible the same. They treat you badly absurd, you just want to finish your shopping fast to get away from these rude people. It would be great if employees learned to treat people like in real luxury stores, not supreme.
I have been buying supreme for 10 years. unfortunately the last purchase of sweatshirt size L, unlike all the other size L purchased by me over the years, was significantly smaller. upon requesting a return, I was sent an ALWAYS NOT WORKING link, for the return. Surely after 14 days I will no longer be able to change the sweatshirt. SUPREME tease
Leaving my first Google review just because of how appalling the staffs' behaviour were. The product itself was fine, but the process in getting assistance from staff to get my product was horrible. All staff interactions felt half-hearted and I was given unreasonable attitude for asking whether a product was in my size. When queueing to buy my crewneck, the cashier told me I had to move further back in line for no other reason than what he mentioned, which was me 'invading his personal space'. The staff here seem to take the idea of being 'cool' too seriously, where it means customer service is compensated to maintain their brand image. The only staff that seemed to care were the security, which were helpful and made the line somewhat bearable.
Shoppers beware Staff Steal Shoe Laces from the boxes and resell them to make side profit. We recently bought 3 separate pairs of trainers from this store and two of the White Nike collab trainers had the shoe laces stolen from the boxes by the staff. We later found out through American Express that this was a common trait by the staff to make a little side hussle for them selves and sell these shoe laces on Ebay and other sites to make a little profit. Disgusting that this is allowed to happen. The assistant at this store was also very rude to my wife when she asked for specific shoe sizes and was told you get what you are given. Very bad store and shames the name of Supreme globally!
