The staff are really lovely in here, especially the girl called Sandra, she helps pack my mum's bags. The cakes and the apple pancakes are so delish
The Staff are always very polite and do their very best to help you. Staff aren't any problem. I have a good rapport with the girls and the lads, even when they are under pressure.

Definitely not Super value . They should just tell the truth and rename their place Super rip off
Wine offers/prices all over the place. And not the 1st time! Went there for a wine offer as I had visited earlier in the week and supervalu online showed same prices to buy wine. Again, the offer didn't work, despite the promotion showing on a stack card. The manager refused to come to the tills, but I insisted, and she came several minutes later. Even the staff explained that the offer had been on display and not for the 1st time that week. I was refused the 2 for £14 offer on the wine, and given a 2 for £15 offer instead by scanning some random wine on another shelf. Very strange behaviour. An unavoidable and unnecessary experience. Very dissappointed that this was dealt with in an unprofessional way, and unfortunate that this was my local shop.
