They left an activated security tag on my paid goods. The alarm went off. Shocked!I felt like a criminal. They did not apologise at all. Instead the Manager gave me a verbal argument. Since then I have made a full complaint and it is now being escalated. Honestly appalled that this person is the face of the brand with such a negative immature attitude. It's now got a whole wall from entrance to end, of loads of different make up brands. The testers are usually out too, unlike in Boots where they're always empty. Always lots of offers on in Superdrug too."},{"text":"So I went the other day to pick up an order and I also want to do some important shopping and they wouldn’t let me into the store..they treated me like I was some sort of criminal..the lady at the door said it’s for social distancing but there was no one else in the store!!
